Palm Beach County Proclamation declaring November Public Awareness Month to Alzheimer’s Community Care

Mark Shalloway accepted the Palm Beach County Proclamation declaring November Public Awareness Month to both Alzheimer’s Community Care and the Alzheimer’s Association Southeast Florida Chapter and the Palm Beach County Commissioner’s. Commissioner Steve Abrams made the presentation. This year Alzheimer’s Community Care is celebrating 20 years of service to Palm Beach County, Florida. Alzheimer’s Community Care is dedicated to promoting and providing community-based, family-centered care for patients and their caregivers living with neurocognitive disorders, thru the belief, where there is help, there is hope.
