Shalloway & Shalloway, Case Manager

Natalie Lue-Chung joined Shalloway & Shalloway in October 2022 as a Medicaid Case Manager. She brings more than nine years of experience in Medicaid planning and in processing Aid and Attendance applications through the Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as a strong background in paralegal work. Bilingual and deeply committed to helping others, Natalie is known for going above and beyond to ensure clients receive the support and solutions they need.

Natalie earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration from Keiser University in 2004, providing her with a strong foundation for a career dedicated to serving families and guiding them through complex planning processes.

Outside of the office, Natalie is actively involved in her community. She volunteers at her children’s school events and participates in charitable walks supporting causes close to her heart, including Autism Speaks. Family is at the center of her life, and she enjoys supporting her children in their many activities—from volleyball and baseball to dance classes, concerts, and community events. She also finds joy and relaxation in reading and listening to music.
