Fees & Billing

In our continuing effort to make quality legal services accessible to you, we recognize the need to base fees on value. This means the benefits of our work must be demonstrated, and the information to plan and budget for fees and costs given. To this end, we discuss fees and costs first-before work has begun. Often, the total cost is known, and, when it is, flat fees are used. If there are contingencies, we will structure as much of the total fee as can be determined as a fixed amount. For work that must be based on time, we will estimate the amount likely needed to help you determine affordability and value. This estimate is held in our trust account. As the fee is earned, we will notify you with a detailed statement for additional funds required if any. You can also request an account status report at any time.

Equally important is your ability to understand and read your billing statement: If you have any questions, our number for you to call is right on the bill. Typically, we can resolve questions in one business day.

Client Communications

• Always Unscreened Appointments Set with your attorney
• Telephone Calls Timely Answered. If you call with a question, our highly trained staff will most likely be able to answer your question immediately unless it calls for legal advice. Your attorney will take your call immediately if he is not at an appearance or in conference; and if he is, your call will be returned later that same day.

• Client Copies Mailed of important documents to keep you up to date on the progress of your case.

Directions from I-95:

I-95 to Belvedere, Exit 51, West to the 2nd light (Australian Ave. ).
Turn right on Australian Ave. to the first right. (Centrepark Blvd.).
Turn right at Centrepark Blvd.
(Look for the granite and marble sign with CENTREPARK on it).
Follow the long driveway to the 10 story gray and glass building on the right.

Directions from Turnpike:

Turnpike to Exit 99 Okeechobee Blvd.
Go east on Okeechobee to the Australian Ave. south exit.
Go south through the lights at old Okeechobee.
Centrepark Blvd. is the next left turn lane.
(Look for the granite and marble sign with CENTREPARK on it).
Follow the long driveway to the 10 story gray and glass building on the right.

Parking:
Parking is covered on the first floor of the Parking Garage in A Visitor Parking @ with full handicapped accessibility.

We are on the seventh floor in Suite 700.

Our office is less then five minutes from Palm Beach International Airport and Palm Tran.
